This site is about us - adventures, food, dogs, camping, sauntering, exploring and more. We are three generations of strong, confident, off-kilter and totally different females cut from parts of the same patchwork cloth. With no time to tilt at windmills, we fill our days with family, work, silliness, and some lazy, semi-planned trips on roads less or more traveled.

We are sharing a fairly unfiltered look into our daily doings, weekend adventures and occasional longer string of sunrise to sunset chaos, our lives.

I’m Jacqueline and as the oldest gal in this trio. I will be heading up most of the posts, but mine is not the only voice to be heard. My daughter Ashley is a hard-working, determined, fun and adventurous woman who I am blessed to be able to spend time with, laughing and taking the scenic route accidentally on purpose. Gen 3 in this group is Nora. She is a unique girl who has some large emotions, intense expressions and loves movie days on the couch or longer excursions with many, many stops.

If you are looking for a detailed, informative site with polish and poise, you’ll want to look elsewhere. The three of us are unapologetically human and willing to share our flawed, real, oh wow that looks like a cool place to stop I’m glad we took a wrong turn lives. (we also have husbands and dogs…expect to see the dogs but not much on the husbands)
